BREEAM In-Use Assessments

BREEAM In-Use is BRE’s latest addition to the BREEAM family allowing building managers to reduce the running costs and improve the environmental performance of existing buildings.

The UK building stock accounts for 47% of the UK’s carbon emissions with the majority of this coming from existing building stock. By providing this new scheme Complete Energy Ltd believe that existing building managers and owners can finally take a noticeable step towards making their buildings “Greener” and reducing their costs at the same time.

Complete Energy Ltd fully endorse the New BREEAM In-Use scheme and will be providing this service in addition to it’s existing BREEAM services.
