BREEAM International Assessments

A BREEAM International assessment can be carried out by Complete Energy Ltd on any building which falls outside the UK and any of the standard BREEAM versions.
BREEAM International follows the methodology of the Bespoke assessment criteria and are specifically tailored to the building type for each individual project.
Examples of buildings outside the UK that may be assessed under BREEAM Bespoke include:
- Hotels
- Laboratories
- Leisure complexes
- Shared accommodation
